Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Executive at TheHexaTown, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities for our IT Software Development and Staff Augmentation services. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach to deal closure. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills and experience in IT services sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, outbound outreach, networking, and lead-generation activities.
  • Generate and qualify leads for IT Software Development and Staff Augmentation services.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business challenges, and technical needs.
  • Present TheHexaTown’s services clearly and confidently, aligning solutions with client goals.
  • Coordinate with the CTO, Sales Manager, and technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline until closure.
  • Assist in closing deals by supporting negotiations on pricing, timelines, and service scope.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute sales outreach strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands related to software development and staff augmentation.
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports and pipeline updates for management.
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve services and sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Software Development or Staff Augmentation sales.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
