We practice Agile Methodologies, between our international clients and engineering team in Lahore, Pakistan.
Job Summary:
As an Account Executive at TheHexaTown, you will identify, target, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, and outreach to generate leads and opportunities.
- Take discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements.
- Close deals by effectively presenting solutions and negotiating terms.
- Manage Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure efficient lead generation and qualification processes.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our solutions, addressing client needs and objections.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, presenting them to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and continuously relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
